This is it! This week, we are inviting YOU to help determine what’s next for our work here at Creating the Future.
Here’s why we are excited – and why we hope you’ll say YES to this invitation.
What you can expect:
Starting tomorrow, we will begin rolling out the questions of Catalytic Thinking. Just hit reply in your email and answer those questions! (For a sneak preview, you can answer all those questions in one place at this link.)
Why we’re doing this:
As we determine what’s next for our work, we keep wondering…
If our community members are the ones who benefit from our work, shouldn’t YOU be the ones to determine what benefit you receive?
We know our next few years will focus on sharing what we’ve learned in our experiments with Catalytic Thinking. But what sorts of programs would be most effective? And effective for whom? To accomplish what?
THAT is what we will figure out together.
And that is a huge experiment in shifting power!

We’ll kick things off tomorrow, asking a question or two per day, each day this week. Then, over the next few weeks, we’ll stay in touch about what we’re learning from your responses.
Then in December, we’ll all join together for live, online conversations, to continue answering the Catalytic Thinking questions. You can see more about the process at this link.
