Joe Iarocci is a Founding Partner of the Cairnway Center for Servant Leadership Excellence. Cairnway is a leadership development firm serving organizations seekoing to build cultures anchored in servant leadership.
Joe founded Cairnway after serving as CEO of the Robert K. Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership and, before that, in several executive roles at CARE, one of the largest international NGOs dedicated to ending extreme poverty. Joe began his professional career as a Wall Street lawyer.
Joe holds degrees from Brown University, the Cornell Law School and Emory University’s Candler School of Theology.
